The way to do this is to become a "Rental Manager." Many office
complexes have vacant space because there is no on-the-premises manager
to show the space or answer questions. Find out which complexes are
having vacancy problems and locate the owner. He will normally be
glad to offer you an office if you answer his calls, and show off the
spaces to prospective clients.
